No. The app is free on iOS and Android, with no monthly fee and no locked features.
What size should I order?
Order your usual ring size. If you are between sizes, size up. We offer free size exchanges within 30 days.
Can I wear it in water?
Yes. The ring is waterproof to 50m — shower, pool and gym are all fine.
What does it track?
Sleep stages and duration, resting heart rate, daily activity and movement, and a daily readiness overview in the app.

How long is shipping?
