Welcome to Smart Health. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Smart Health. By visiting or purchasing from this store, you agree to the terms below.
1. Not a medical device
The Smart Health Ring is a general wellness and fitness product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Readings including heart rate, blood oxygen, temperature, sleep stages and recovery scores are estimates for general wellness purposes only. Do not use this product as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about any medical concern, and never disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of data shown by this product or its app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or state to purchase from this store.
3. Products and accuracy
We make every effort to represent our product accurately. Colours and finishes may appear differently depending on your screen. Specifications, battery life and sensor performance are typical figures and may vary with use, fit and settings.
4. Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Prices and promotions may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown at the time your order is placed. Promotional codes are subject to their own stated limits and may be withdrawn at any time.
5. The app
The ring pairs with the free QRing app, which is provided by a third party. We do not control that app, its updates, or its availability, and we are not responsible for its content or its own privacy practices. No subscription is required to use the ring’s features.
6. Returns
Purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds policy and shipping is governed by our Shipping policy.
7. Warranty and liability
Rings carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects as described in our returns policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this store, including text, images and branding, is owned by Smart Health or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
11. Changes
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page.
